or is it vol 486? I can’t remember…
Hypocrite act(s): I try to get my coworkers (ex- and current) to ride to work, show them the (semi-hidden) garage rack, etc. But I get annoyed when a new company* moves in to the building and most of them ride and take up all the rack space downstairs.
*turns out it’s an “international non-profit … looking to make a more social and environmentally sustainable world” … they all try to ride to work daily and that’s why the racks are full… uggh hippies
Speaking of hippies- SF wants to ban bottled water now
There’s an easy solution to that: If they’re a non-profit that means their employees don’t make a lot of money. Just steal their bikes — they won’t have enough money to get new ones. Voila! More room at the rack!
lol, Patrick brings up a good point.
Just because the company is non-profit doesn’t mean the employees don’t make money, it just means the company isn’t allowed to turn a profit. No money to keep could mean more money in employees pockets!
They don’t make money, I can tell… they make just enough to keep their employees able to buy their weekly kombucha at trader joe’s or whole foods
