Chaine d’Or and Twist Sunday

Ahh, another goofy wine post. I can almost anticipate the snarky comments from some of you. . . .

What a day to forget our cameras. Unlike today, Sunday was a beautiful and sunny day in the Bay Area. Cory, Andre, Christina and I hauled our butts along with 10 other people up to the Santa Cruz mountains to do some wine tasting organized by Paul.

We started the day off by meeting up at Ridge and tasted some of their wines and checked out the view. After that we went around to the other side of the hill (I think) and did a tasting at Cooper Garrod.

I really enjoyed the day. I’ve never been down to any of the Santa Cruz Mountain wineries, yet I’ve been enjoying their wines for a long time. In the past,
