Fall/Winter?

Well, I guess with the time change it’s officially “winter” in SF. Dark early, a bit colder- and soon it shall start raining more. Ahh, fun.

Tomorrow my folks are off to Paris for the month. Yeah, the month. They rented an apartment so my dad could work remotely, although I think it’ll be 90% vacation. Sure I’m jealous, but you know what? In a few weeks, I’ll be going on vacation with Jodi and Gretchen to Chile and Argentina. So I can’t be too jealous of my folks.

In other news, I’ve decided not to continue with First Friday Happy Hour. After a loooong time off, I started doing Tae Kwon Do again. So far my foot’s holding up to the workouts and I’m enjoying getting used to a new school and the new schedule.

Part of that schedule is a Friday night class I really enjoy. Hence, the Happy Hour cancellation. I’ll still arrange for a night out to The Bitter End now and again, but not as a regular event.
