Thanks to Fitz for pointing out this story and video report about the “dancing” waitresses at La Mariposa in San Antonio.
Sounds like the Cafe con Piernas in Chile a little bit. But that story quickly gets in to “OMG” mode due to the complaints people have about the place. One person in particular, Grace Hernandez, hates it that all the city workers EAT LUNCH THERE. Grace Hernandez sounds a little uptight. Actually, more than uptight, she should stfu. ANYWAY . . . They also add the requisite quotes about minors eating there. OMG WHO WILL THINK OF THE CHILDREN!?!? Lol . . . I’m just waiting for the comments from Marc asking if they have puffy tacos . . .La Mariposa, located at the intersection of Guadalupe and Trinity streets, is fast becoming known as a well-liked place to eat – namely for its provocatively dancing waitresses.
