Piperade
On Saturday I went to Piperade with some friends. And I must say- it was quite nice. I’d recommend it in a heartbeat. Great food and great wine.
I wound up having Garlic Soup and a Bistro Steak. Their beignets were quite nice. I think I’ll add it to my “places to take my tourist friends too”.
Fortunately Paul was picking the wine- we had a really nice white rioja, a tempranillo, and a great syrah. Unfortunately I’m finding out that the wines we had may be hard to get at stores. But I should use this as an excuse to go back to Piperade.
